Shipping policy

Original paintings are sent three times a week, by Royal Mail 48 hour signed for delivery.  If you live in North Norfolk collection may be possible, and postal cost within the price will be rebated, please email me at hello@ashleymunroscott.com.  East Ruston Old Vicarage paintings can also be collected from this location, by prior arrangement with me, email hello@ashleymunroscott.com.

Prints are sent direct from my art printer and take an estimated 6-10 days to arrive.  

Cards are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail post.  Post is sent three times a week.

We will endeavour to contact you within 48hrs if an item is out of stock to arrange a refund (if paid) or revised delivery date.  We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any loss you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

We cannot guarantee a time of delivery.
